The apartment is not for those looking for perfect luxury, but is designed to provide plenty of comfort, privacy, and space for spending time together. Thanks to its layout, it is an ideal choice for families with children and groups of friends who want to discover the beauty of Sardinia while having a pleasant base to which they will be happy to return.
The apartment is located 500 meters from the breathtaking historic center and about 700 meters from the beach. A 5-minute walk away is the large park with a children's playground, "Giardini Giuseppe Manno," and a 10-minute walk away is the tallest building in the city, Blau SkyBar, where you can enjoy snacks and drinks while looking out over the rooftops of the historic center, the harbor, the sea, and breathtaking sunsets. Directly opposite the Blau SkyBar, you will find a bus stop with several connections directly to the beach or airport, an information center, and a traditional market.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find authentic Italian cafes, pizzerias, and all kinds of shops.
Parking is available directly on the street in front of the building or in the surrounding streets. If you cannot find a spot, you can park at the Lidl shopping center, about a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with a sofa bed and balcony, a bathroom, and a utility room with a washing machine. All rooms are equipped with new air conditioning.
